I have been going to Karolina for almost five months. At first, I didn’t think a personal trainer was my thing. I had visions of someone screaming in my face and pushing me until I was laying on the floor in a pool of my own vomit. Karolina has completely changed that for me. She is such a kind soul and she works with you as an individual. She takes the time to explore your strengths and weaknesses and tailors the workout to your individual body and needs. She not only focuses on physical strength, but also improving relaxation of the mind and body. I used to have shoulder pain on a regular basis. Karolina structured my workouts to strengthen and improve mobility in my shoulders and my pain is pretty much entirely gone. I’ve seen my body change and have gained physical strength that I never thought I could have. Her studio provides a safe and relaxing environment, free of the judgment you might feel at a large gym. As soon as I step in the door, I feel relaxed and motivated to work my body. When I leave, I feel strong physically and relaxed mentally. I highly recommend Karolina to anyone looking for a holistic approach to meeting your physical goals.

I’ve never actually met Karolina. I spoke with her once on the phone and felt such a positive energy from her, that I decided to buy my wife a session for her birthday. She’s been going ever since. My wife just had a baby when she started with Karolina. She’s a little shy and never felt comfortable working out in public or with trainers. She came home from her first session and told me she wanted to go twice a week. She told me that Karolina made her feel so incredibly comfortable. Now, my wife will text me every few workouts telling me that she just got her ass kicked at Karolina’s! She also says there are times she needs to take it easy and Karolina finds less strenuous workouts that still works her out properly for the day. She truly loves it here… not to mention I can’t keep my hands off her because of how good she looks. It’s weird writing a review for something I’ve never tried myself, but this place makes my wife happy. How can you argue with that!

Holistic is the right word! I have been working with Karolina for several months now and she has dramatically improved my physical and spiritual well being. Her approach includes all functional and natural movements that work multiple muscles(and the mind too!) in a single movement. It’s a comprehensive approach that makes efficient use of the workout session. Karolina is very knowledgeable on the human body and on many fitness methods. She also keeps herself current by attending fitness conferences and reading a lot. No matter what level of fitness you’re in, or if you have physical concern, Karolina will develop a personalized fitness plan for you. I highly recommend her!

The first thing you should know is that I have been rock climbing for 20 years and practicing yoga for close to 15. I have been in pretty good shape for most of my life with the exception of the occasional injury. So you are not going to get some kind of «Biggest Loser» story here. That is where Karolina and her personal training comes in. My office is very close to Fit Core and Karolina has been a personal trainer for me during the last several months. Over the years I have had some nagging injuries that our sessions have been helping me address. My knees have had some weakness in the stabilizer muscles, but this summer I was able to practically run up and down Mt. Fuji and I will attribute a big part of the lack of knee issues to my training routine. Karolina’s knowledge of physiology and fitness has helped me resolve several issues, whether they were in my knees, my yoga poses, or how I have been doing pushups. All these things have been helping take me to the next level in my physical fitness.
