Starheel Properties Inc.

I am obligated to give Starheel Properties, Inc. a One star rating for 2014 – 2015. I honestly don’t know what has changed at this firm, but it is not for the better, but for the worse. The past years, we used Starheel for our vacation rental in Calabash and each time, all was great. IN fact, I recommended them to many others and gave them a raving review. Suddenly, they have become very non responsive, no communication whatsoever, in fact, there is nothing. Their website changed, they have new employees, even a new marketing person, but all for the worse. During our vacation last year in July, we advised them that we again wanted to rent a vacation home during the month of July in 2015. No response whatsoever. That’s simply bad professional behavior and very unprofessional. Many emails sent, but no reply. Suddenly, Jim, the new marketing guy sent an email stating existing customers will receive z 10% discount if and when they book. Okay, we reply and guess what, again nothing. No reply whatsoever. Starheel has become very unreliable and in fact, I no longer want to do business with them. Sure, I know that after Starheel reads this review they will ask me to call them and correct the «errors». Many excuses, but the reality and fact is that the past years Starheel has become very unprofessional. It is very sad to see such, since LInda always did a great job, was reliable and trustworthy. Guess expansion is not always a good thing. Good people are hard to find and that is what it shows at Starheel. I really regret to see this happening and I honestly regret that I have to write such bad review. Maybe this will help to wake up the people at Starheel so positive changes will be made.
