Shop Rite Liquors of Caldwell

I’ve had to stop in here on numerous occasions for a quick BYOB pickup, a party pickup, or a gift pickup… and every single time I’ve found what I needed at a good price and have gotten a smiling cashier.
The beer and wine selection here is quite good, though I haven’t ever coming in here looking for high end wines. Seriously though, if you need a $ 10-​$ 30 bottle of wine then they will have something for you. Easy parking in their lot or on the street, good prices, great selection, friendly staff… you really can’t go wrong here.

The employees are always polite and helpful.
The store has a wide selection of wines from many regions.
There’s a designated parking lot, which is really convenient.

This Liquor store is our local go to! They have a huge selection of wines, beers and every liquor you could want.
Only gripe is they close relatively early.
Wish they would start a frequent members club because we would be racking up the points!

Great selection of wines and beers! I usually come here when I need to buy wine for work or if I need to replenish my supply of Guinness Foreign Extra (one o the few places I can find it near me). They organize the wines by region, so it can be a little confusing if you don’t know where the wine you want is from, but the staff is usually very helpful. They always have a lot of wines on sale displayed right up front, and the prices are reasonable.
The only downside is the parking. There are a few metered spaces available on the street, but they are always full when I drive by. The driveway to their lot is right before the building and has slanted parking spaces along both sides. I have never been here when there wasn’t at least one person parked badly — taking up more than 1 space, parked straight in so they aren’t slanted, half the car sticking out of the space, etc. There’s a few more spaces along the very back of the lot too.
Still, going here is worth it if you’re looking for a big variety. I just try to go during non-​peak hours so it’s easier to park!

Pretty decent beer selection. This varies on who is working, but some of the need to chill with their phones.

Very impressive choice of microbrews, as well as nice fine wine and liquor selection Scotch selection isn’t extensive, but some popular bottles can be had. Average prices.

A more than decent beer selection. I’m not a wine person, so I can’t speak to that, but I am a beer snob. This place is great for finding standard beers (I’m not considering Bud or Miller beer), and also has bit more of an interesting selection than the average liquor store.
I only wish they had some more consistency with what kinds of beer they sell. You find something great, and then can’t ever find it again. And often a lot of the seasonal beers aren’t kept in the cooler, which means chilling them when you get home.
And good luck parking! People pull in and out of the parking lot VERY fast!

When I am in the Area, this is the Liquor store that is first on my list of places to stop at. I have never gone in and not found what I was looking for.
The selection is the very best, and this all said the price is also very good.
The staff is very friendly and they cater to your needs.
