The brisket was amazing. .nice smoke flavor throughout and tender beyond belief. I have eaten at many BBQ places and this brisket was the best. Service was a tad slow for BBQ. but the place was really busy too. lots if families. .very friendly people. .well worth stopping in when in the area. BTW the water is also very good!

I have to say that this BBQ rivals anything out of Kansas City or Memphis! They have a beef brisket dinner that is to die for! The potato salad takes me back to my childhood and the staff is Super Nice! The owner Rich is so passionate about his product but he will not share his secrets which is to be expected!

This place has THE BEST BBQ!!! I always stop in after a day at Elephant Rocks or Johnson Shut-ins. The pulled BBQ pork nachos are so loaded you have to eat it with a fork. YUMMY!!!

I stopped about a week ago to get some food but were closed down for look like water damaged repairs.
I latter found out that they had a fire and the newspaper said likely arson. I was sorry to hear that and hope you are to re-open soon. I hope to come back again when i back in town.

There isn’t much more in the little town of Caledonia, however it is home to the BBq company, and man is this some good eatin! I have eaten here a couple times before and all the visits have been delightful, and problem free. you get really nice portions, a nice selection of sides to choose from, and the prices aren’t so bad you feel like you have been gouged out…
be sure to check them out, you really won’t be disappointed in the least bit! the service is fast and you will be glad you stopped!
