Had some vehicle repairs performed at the dealership and was happy with everything until I went to pick the car up. The service counter clerk was an unemotional young lady that I had observed when I walked in. I walked passed her towards the service counter that was around the corner from where she was standing and talking to another employee. I waited and waited and waited until another nice young lady asked if I had been helped. I replied that I had not and she advised she would get someone. She then went around the corner and I overheard«you might want to go do your job!» Still I waited and waited and waited until several other older males came by and both replied they would get someone. Another male came and started to get my paperwork around when the young lady that was standing around casually strolled in and did her job, unapologetically of course. It certainly shows where you are on the ladder after you are done buying.
