I wish I had read the only other review on this horrible place before I took our RV there for balancing! I agree — they are thieves. I guess when a woman drives up in a 42″ coach perhaps you are asking for trouble — clearly they took advantage of me. We requested that the tires be balanced because there was a shimmy at about 68mph on the newly purchased 2007 Allegro Bus. Picked it up later that day and was surprised with the $ 489 bill but thought if its fixed, then ok. Asked about the condition of the tires and was told they were in good shape, no dry rot and good tread. On the way home it was WORSE than when I dropped it off! Made a U turn and returned it immediately. Got the run-​around from Jerry, the Heavy Duty Truck manager, who tried to blame the shimmy on an air bag issue. I got a second opinion the next week, discovered the date on tires was 2007 (which Jerry admits he didn’t notice) and clearly the issue was I needed new front tires! THEY TOOK $ 500 FROM ME AND ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING! When my husband called Jerry today he was told that the charges were fair (for doing nothing!) and we would get no refund or credit. We had been taking his F350 truck but will NEVER go back and hope to warn others. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
