Pizza Hut

Ordered a personal pan pizza. Nowhere in the menu mentioned how much a topping costs. I asked the waitress. She did not say either. Personal pan pizza is a lot smaller than it’s used to. Plus, they add $ 1.50 for every topping on it. She should have told me how much a topping was.

I couldn’t get a $ 5 coupon code to work one day on my online order that I was coming in to pick up. I called the local store to see if THEY had a correct coupon code for that Friday’s coupon deal… The guy who answered was like, «oh that’s online stuff — we don’t honor that here» — i’m not having it delivered by drone, am I? Clearly you have some sort of authority, I’m ordering online to be picked up at YOUR STORE. He kept acting as if pizza
and his store were completely unrelated and wouldn’t help. I filled out an online customer service inquiry… they emailed back and said someone from the store would contact me. They never did… so clearly the store has detached themselves from Pizza Hut and
— they’re rogue. They don’t get my money for overpriced junk anymore.

They always have my order ready when I go to pick it up.
It’s always hot and correct.
Never had any reason to complain.
When I was unaware of a special that had expired, they gave me the deal anyway.
Now that’s great service.

Old out dated building people are nice but they do not offer MILITARY DISCOUNT ??? Why because they are not a corporate store they tell you well many franchise stores do offer discounts they just don’t care about how old their building is or their military also when you have food delivers it’s cold
