For those that been to Willys in Atlanta will find this local place very similar. A more authentic Mexican than Moes and the price is very good for the portion size you get. I got the burrito made in fast lane, which is a must option to save mega bucks. All ingredients very fresh. The cantina bowls are good size also and salsa here is just enough heat with plenty of cilantro. Meals here are like $ 6 and you will leave full and happy.

Great good, good service, and free queso if you check in on Facebook. If you go through the express line you save money and you can still pull up a seat. Margaritas are good and fresh.

Loved this local joint. It’s A bit like a locally owned chipotle. Tacos were fantastic and margarita was freshly made. Decent chips and salsa. Very affordable.

I went there last week for the first time. I ordered off the menu. I requested the server for mix fajitas. Requested her only chicken and shrimp, no steak as its against my religion to consume beef. Finally got my food. All I had was steak and chicken. Server was nice and she took it back. Comes back with a new plate and it has chicken and shrimp on it. I was half way done, I saw pieces of steak in my meal. I was not happy. Paid my bill and left. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again.

Portions very small! Tasteless!!! Highly over priced & highly overated! Save you’re time and money & go elsewhere!!!

Let me start by saying the food is good and the service was friendly and attentive. The prices were fairly inexpensive. We ordered in the express lane and took it home. I had the torta, with pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole(which was slightly brown and some bites needed ripening), steak, chicken, and cheese. The steak was ok and the chicken was fair. I wasn’t blown away. It was good, but not«earth-shattering». I ordered chorizo tacos on corn tortilla(bagged, no homemade) and steak tacos on flour tortillas(also bagged). The chorizo has good flavor(6.5÷7 out of 10). The steak was probably the same, 6.5÷7 out of 10. My wife had a steak(same as taco steak) cantina bowl. There was yellow rice, pinto beans, sour cream, guacamole, white queso cheese and mozzarella cheese, salsa, tomato and lettuce. Again, I would put it at a 7. The jalapeños for the bowl and torta were canned, not fresh. I felt this was a let down. That’s my opinion, but I would’ve preferred fresh. I would go back again. I must reiterate that the servers were friendly, attentive, and made eye contact and smiled. I felt very welcomed. Also, I will say for the price, the food was solid. Again, I would go back if my time permits on my next visit to Calhoun. I don’t think that any other Mexican place in Calhoun is hands down better & for the price, it’s worth a look.

Great food, polite staff and the price is amazing. You have a choice of a staff made bar(like Moe’s) or menu items. If you check in on Facebook you get free cheese dip!

This local establishment was selected based on previous reviews. I sometimes worry about the reviews, but this one did not disappoint. The service was top notch, the food fresh and tasty, and the Fast Lane price was great! Not your typical resturant, but if you like the prospect of a good Burritos, and mom and pop atmosphere, then this place is for you.

I love this restaurant. It is much different from other restaurants in the area in that your food is assembled right before your eyes! From my multiple experiences here, the ingredients are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. The best part? LOADS of scrumptious, authentic Mexican food for a BIG bargain. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Delicious! No idea how we got so lucky in little olé Calhoun, but this place is great! I had a carnita bowl with extra serving of steak. It was so filling, I spread it out into two meal. I can’t wait to go back!

My wife and our family always goes to El Nopal here in Calhoun. I am tired of it(usually once a week). Anyway we tried this place out. Walked in on a Friday night and was immediately seated. Next we went to the ‘fast lane’ that’s a few menu items they make in front of you while you tell them what you want on it. Anyway I ordered the Mach Nacho. It was really good. A huge plate of nachos with whatever meats and veggies you’d like. My two complaints is the parking(very tight and hard to get out of on a Friday night) and the others is the food was warm but not hot. I know they can’t help the parking but the food could be hotter. Other than that great place good price! I found another place other than El Nopal!

This place is great! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. Tons of flavor and the perfect portions. Family run and everything seems to be made fresh. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!

Very good Mexican food. Super friendly manager and staff. Large portions and a really good value. Check in on Facebook to receive a free queso. It looks much better on the inside than on the outside. .parking is limited.

This is the only place I’ve seen around here that I can get something that resembles a real Mexican taco. Prices are reasonable. They could stand to put a little more meat on the street tacos, but still far better than the«Taco Bell» like food that the other Mexican joints serve.

I’d heard rumors of this small Mexican restaurant, right off Highway 41, and we checked it out about six months ago. Rumors were true — really good! Large portions, well cooked — always full up and take about half home. One side of the menu is dedicated to more Americanized good, the other to Mexican fare. Large and friendly staff — may be a family operation. It may look like a hole in the wall from the outside, but spacious inside. Clean and recently expenses to include most of what was a local Mexican grocery — now booths.
