Wells Fargo Bank

This bank is a great bank to do business with! The employees are very friendly and helpful. Darlene, Heather, Marcie, Susan, Tiana and others are wonderful. One of the best tellers was Layla. I do not know the other tellers names but they are all extremely helpful. There are long lines sometimes but that is because so many people want to do business here. I attribute the success and customer growth to Darlene and Susan who are grooming others for the customer oriented approach which is vital to existing satisfied customers and the addition of new customers. I wished I had been doing business here years ago. The recent addition of Heather and Marcie has been huge for the continued success of this bank. This bank has been great to serve all races and their employee base is diversified so well to help with bilingual customers (English and Spanish). This bank is the Walravens’ favorite bank!

This has got to be one of the slowest banks in the country! Sitting in drive thru for 30minutes! #ridiculous
