Had an appointment at 1, didn’t get my mani & pedi until 2! What was the point of making an appointment?! The lady who did my nails (forgot her name), decided to add designs without asking me! «Very pretty, don’t worry hunny»… They were effing hideous. I’m not in middle school, I don’t want pink flowers on my nails. YET, She still made me pay for the designs! The technicians there are also very rude! I don’t think they knew I speak/understand Vietnamese. They were constantly making fun of their clients and laughing hysterically right in front of them!
Definitely not coming back! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve gotten my nails done here for over a year. I haven’t had any bad customer service and my nails are always done nicely … It’s one of the better places in this area to get my nails done.

Made an appointment at 12, they had me sit in a chair soaking my feet for 30 minutes. While the 3 workers were doing the nails and toes of 7 customers. I finally got annoyed and left because it was 30 minutes past my appointment. Would not recommend this place at all. They also advertise massages and no longer have a masseuse there.

Really disappointed, took SO for a relaxing afternoon… they are so not interested in you if you aren’t a regular. And the quality is subpar! Love having to go home and redo do my polish! Won’t be back again!

I’ve come here a few times now for gel nail fills, always with Ty, and never had a bad experience! the longest I’ve had to wait was 10 minutes, and only once. Ty takes his time, is very careful when using the grinding tool. he’s never cut my skin! every other place I’ve been has ground my fingers up and made me bleed. not this guy! highly recommend going to Essence and seeing Ty! I brought a picture from pinterest to him the last time, and he matched it perfectly! I’ll be coming here forever

This place is great! After walking out of Kim’s Nails III after experiencing poor customer service, I was on a quest to find a nail salon that values their customers. I checked google and Essence was the only place in the area with 5 stars and well deserved! Ty/Thai? Did my nails and I love them! I didn’t have to wait he took me right away and did my mani/pedi. Very happy this will be my go to spot from now on.

I am 7 months pregnant and was in serious need of some relaxation yesterday. The calming and pretty environment, soothing massage chairs, friendly and talented staff and high quality products that were used made for the best pedicure I’ve ever had! (I’m typically super sensitive to exfoliants but had no issues at all – I went for the special Essence option for full relaxation).

I stumbled across this place a couple years ago with some friends. We’ve never had a long wait and always have a great time and great pedis. They give the three of us the back little room and we get one of the specials each time. No complaints!

Have had a number of great experiences here. The shop is clean, the technicians are friendly and I’ve never had to wait long as a walk-in. We made appointments for manicures & pedicures for a bridal party, they were prepared and did an excellent job.
