Great service today! Our Waiter was Anthony, everything we ordered was correct and arrived very quickly. Best experience at a Ruby Tuesday’s so far! Definitely coming back.

Save your money. Haven’t wrote a bad review until today. The food obviously sat under the heat lamp too long. There’s only so many times before enough is enough. After numerous attempts at eating here the best item on the menu is the salad bar. I said my piece to the manager but overall the place has gone downhill as far as service is concerned. The waitstaff is courteous however their appearance isn’t very desirable or professional.

We decided on a whim to go tonight. Our first time even thought we’ve lived in the area 2 years. Well, we won’t be going back. We arrived and 2 people were at the host stand and neither acknowledged us. We all stood there for 30 seconds or so with no interaction. It was weird. The host walked away, leaving a waitress there, she didn’t acknowledge us either. Host came back about 2 minutes later and seated us. The waiter came very quickly for drink orders. He was very nice and pleasant. We placed our orders(2 entrees and 2 kids meals). Kids’ food came quickly. Ours(burger and chicken) took 45 minutes. It wasn’t until around 35 minutes that our waiter explained that there was a backup in kitchen and that it’d be just a little longer(I looked around and noticed no one around us had food at this point). We weren’t in a hurry, so we kept waiting(like we had a choice). The waiter explained it was a big promo night bc of the 44th anniversary(??) and that was why things were backed up. Well, not even all tables in our section were full and there were a TON of people waiting… not good prep for a well-known and seemingly advertised special(not to mention, it was kids eat free night). So food finally arrived and it was obvious my chicken had been sitting bc there was a skin on the cream sauce. The fries were hot enough so I dealt. My husband’ s burger he said, was awful. Overcooked(he asked for medium), cheese not melted, fixin’s were just so-so. At this point we were starving and on borrowed time w 2 toddlers who were thank goodness behaving. The server apologized profusely for the wait, which was appreciated. We had to wait a while for our check and when it did come, we were charged for the kids meals. «Kids eat free» means 1 kid per bill. Not 1 kid per adult entrée like we thought. We then asked for the larger discount bc of our insane wait and subpar food. We we not given the larger discount bc the manager wouldn’t allow the server to reduce the bill. Overall we just can’t believe how understaffed the place was on such a big night and that a manager barely seemed to care about our bad experience(didn’t even come to the table after we expressed concerns to waiter). We will not be returning and have already expressed our frustrations via other social media outlets. Don’t waste your time. Go to Linda’s. Bc yea, you’ll wait for the food, but it comes out good every time.

Food arrived quickly. It was hot and good. Our waitress was great. She answered all our questions and was on top of everything, including refills!!! Get the raspberry lemonade or peach tea. Also recommend the tempura green beans!

Server was nice. Food quality wasn’t good. Food was not hot when it came out. The restaurant was almost empty. I won’t be coming back.

Another very disappointing appointing experence at Ruby Tuesdays in California Maryland. I thought I would give Ruby Tuesdays salad bar another chance for dinner since it’s been about a year or so since my last time I received my plate with old food on the bottom along with old food stuck inside my water cup. I arrived at 5:30PM — normal dinner time on a Sunday and restaurant about half full. First, it took almost 9 minutes before a server came by the table so I could order a water, not a big deal, gave time to look at the drink menu. Next went to the salad bar, salad was getting old and starting to wilt with brown edges and a few people just waiting for new lettuce, I overheard one lady asking a server when the new salad is going to come out because they had been waiting 5 minutes already. I picked through some of the lettus and got enough to make a salad base. Starting down the salad bar, it was obvious no one had been maintaining the dishes, everything was pretty well picked over, up to empty dishes. No ham or spam — whatever that mystery meat is, no shredded cheese, bacon bits almost gone I had to scrape the edges of the bowl to get enough of them for the salad. Finally, the dressing, was in the mood for some French… nope…empty, so settled for some Ranch. As I was about half way through my plate they finally sent a server out to the salad bar to clean it up and replenish the dishes. From my only 2 times visiting this Ruby Tuesdays locatiin and both bad, it’s clear that this location has and attention to detail issue along with either bad management not scheduling enough personnel to cover customers and someone to maintain the salad bar or just a lackadaisical staff that doesn’t really care, all of which goes back to the restaurant management failing to manage the staff and give customers the basic service they are paying for, expecially a salad bar that is the main feature when entering the restaurant. In short, I will not be returning to this Ruby Tuesdays location when I come back into town.

The portions were very small for a very high price. The lettuce was limp and dark dark green. I ordered soup and only got half a bowl and the bowl was tiny. We had to actually ask for more. The Shirley temple I ordered was straight up cherry juice with a hint of sprite! Will never come back! And will tell friends to not go there! The wait staff clearly didn’t like their jobs

My waiter was courteous and attentive. Another waitress not so much however. She dropped some silverware and kicked it the rest of the way back to the kitchen. Just obnoxious. Men’s restroom needs some work the urinals are filthy and the smell from them will knock you over. My food was good(bourbon salmon) the kids sliders my daughter had were burnt. Could have been a more pleasant experience. I eat out once a week, I may pass on this place for awhile.

Waiter(Kevin) was well mannered and great at his responsibilities, and I will come back for his service again. The food was awesome and well prepared. The Salad bar is smaller than other Ruby Tuesday’s but was well stocked with fresh salad products.

Our waiter was good. The food and atmosphere not so much. The salad bar was surrounded by flies. Come on now thats gross and unsanitary. Also the«cook» came out to check the salad bar. I was trying to tell this guy that looked like he was 20 what was missing and he completely blew me off. The salad bar was half empty and it wasn’t even busy. The hostess talked yo someone the entire time we were there. Sad to say this place has gone downhill since I lived here 11 years ago.

Not too happy about the food quality at this location. Their salad bar isn’t the best either. Last time the potato salad chunks were so large they might have well served me a whole potato. Obviously someone is lazy in the kitchen. All three of our meal were nothing exciting. Waitress was very good though, not her fault the food is bad.

Just left RT after waiting for 13 minutes without any service. After 8 minutes I asked hostess if a waitress was available and she said«she should be there in a minute.» She did not attempt to notify anyone and we sat for 5 more minutes without any service and left at 8:13 pm. There were maybe 5 tables with customers.

As mentioned in the review below mine, the 5 $ long islands were a great deal. Now only if the bartender knew they were included in their specials, and if I could get her attention ever to be able to order one. She was just to preoccupied with her own stuff to worry about little things like ummm, serving drinks and food to the guests at her bar. When my date and I were finally able to get our food and drink orders in we took advantage of the salad bar,(the reason they’re getting a second star) the salad bar was great, very fresh, lots of variety, A+ for that. When the food arrived, we both ordered burgers and fries, the fries were barely edible they were so undercooked, and the burgers were literally sitting in a puddle of grease, soggy bun, rubbery bacon and all. I don’t wanna point any fingers but, my date didn’t make it through the rest of the evening with out being re-introduced to her food.

I enjoy the 5.00 Long Island iced tea. Service is great at the bar. Patti is my favorite, but they are all good. One of the last places to have a salad bar, and you can get it as a side with any entrée for no up charge. Good for happy hour or late night, as they are less busy and you can get more personal attention.

Its a hit or miss here. The food is usually consistent, however the service is not. Its usually due to the influx of traffic during peak times. Other than that, it’s just another chain restaurant in southern Maryland. What can you say?

I usually don’t like chain restaurants but this place is the avant garde of chain restaurants. everything in the menu is good and tasty. They always seem to use fresh veggies. I love this place for the Happy Hour! I think it starts around 3:00PM and finish it around 6:30PM. You can’t beat this $ 5 appetizers and drinks. They have some really tasty appetizer like Asian Dumpling, Spring Rolls or made to order Guacamole and the turkey Burger in pretzel roll is yummy for my tummy!!!

The two top was seated after our four top had been there for five minutes and she came over took our drink order left came back with the two top drinks(they were apparent regulars). We waited another 10 minutes for tea and soda. It was our lunch break and an hour and ten minutes later we were leaving… really? Does it need to take that long for wraps and salads.

Outstanding seating time, service, and food quality. We stopped by for dinner after work and everything was great. Even the 10% military discount.
