Pohan’s and Heidi are great. I’ve had upholstery done in San Francisco for a lot more money and similar (or worse) quality. Heidi is professional – she comes when she says she will and responds to emails and calls. Highly recommended.

Heidi and her team have ben the go-​to upholstery and re-​upholstery service for those of us in Calistoga, for years. From reconditioning outdoor cushion pads and chaise longue pads, to goods for the interior, Heidi’s teams’ attention to detail, and careful precise work are the best. She will always give you a range for costs, and warn you if you are straying into expensive fabric territory. Excellent advice on trims, finishings and color. I just love poring through all her books of fabrics. Can’t be beat!

We had a Lane recliner that needed repair. Pohans gave us a very reasonable range on their quote. We took the chair in on a Wednesday and it was finished on a Thursday. The repair requires replacing the entire mechanism of the recliner. We were very happy with the rapid turnaround time and we were charged at the low end of our quote.
