Place is legit! I have been to several shops over the years and found this hidden gem about 4 years, and will only go to Inknum. One of the most talented artist I have seen in Chicago land area. Shop is immaculate, prices are extremely fair, and the quality of work is impeccable. Don’t let the location fool you, this is the best shop in the burbs hands down, and I will only get my ink done by Bob!

Have several tattoos and piercings by Bob, some flash and custom. Bob is definitely an artist first and entertainer second. I would recommend setting up an appointment, but its not necessary. I’ve gone in a couple times without one, and had no issues. Very clean and sterile work area, making me feel at ease knowing that I won’t catch any creepy diseases. All in all a great artist!

Went here to get my labret pierced like a thousand years ago. Bob’s first attempt was off center, for realz. Needless to say, when he went back to pierce it properly, the area was much more tender. Boo!!!
That being said, I’ve seen quite a bit of his tattoos displayed on some friends. Solid work. Nothing that blew me away but not shoddy either.
Hopefully his aim has improved over the years.

I’ve gone to bob for years for miscellaneous tattoo work. I have also referred a lot of friends to him. His shop is close to where I used to live and is one of the best! I’d travel back to the suburbs to go to him. He has reasonable prices and great artistic suggestions. The shop is clean and well maintained. I will be getting my half sleeve there soon… hopefully!
