Did you know if you buy a gift card here at jcpenny you can’t return it. Because I sure didn’t. I called jcpenny customer service and they told me if the manager wanted to do something she would help you out. That’s if she wants to. I guess she does not want to. I have always bought my cloths here but no more. They just lost another customer. Never go to jcpenny
