I had a great experience here. I’m a cross country truck driver and I broke my glasses so it was crucial that I get my glasses replaced. Luckily I have prescription sunglasses so I was able to drive around during the day until I managed to get here. When I called to make an appointment for the optometrist(around noon on a Wednesday) I was thinking they might not have an opening until the next day, I was surprised that they had an opening the very next hour. Upon arriving I was greeted by the helpful staff and given the forms to fill out. As soon as I was done with my paperwork I got started with the quick eye exams(pre-optometrist stuff) the young woman that helped me through all that was so friendly and funny. I can’t remember the name of the Doctor, but I remember him being super helpful, having lots of patience when I needed to look at multiple prescriptions, flipping back and forth when I was having trouble differentiating from one to another. I had a few questions about the health of my eyes and he took the time to explain what afflictions my eyes had and what I should do in the future to help protect them. When it was time to pick out my glasses there was another woman that helped me pick out exactly what I wanted.(I was just looking for something similar to the ones I broke) I looked up a selfie from Instagram and that helped us narrow down the selection right away lol. We picked out about 6 pairs and brought them back to the table where her iPad was, snapped a few pics and the decision was clear, Raybans it is. The glasses were fit to my face and they mounted this jig to the frames so that when they make the lenses it focuses properly, snapped a pic and these pics are kept on file so that if I need glasses replaced all I have to do is call and they can start the order quicker. Time to check out, all the details of the invoice were explained to me and I was offered a few other things, kindly denied the things I didn’t want, but I definitely wanted the anti-glare coating. I paid in full for all my charges with my Visa debit card and I was told it would be almost 10 days until I was able to pick them up, dread set in… 10 days, I need those to do my job. ITWASONLY4DAYSWHENTHEYCALLEDANDSAIDTHEYWEREREADY! I could not be happier to come back and try them on. Perfection! My little gateways to the universe were back! Thank you to all the staff at this location!

Horrible customer service and a big pot hold in their parking lot. Don’t say you weren’t warned. We stood in the store for 40 min before anyone acknowledged us, they weren’t busy. One employee announced she was going on break, another was slowlyyyy putting away glasses, a third was on the computer in the center of the but still didn’t acknowledge us. Only ine other employee was with a customer.
