horrible service! Went looking for a concealer, wasn’t sure what shade I needed so I asked for help, the young lady helping was not helpful. Kept leaving me and told me she would be back. I felt rushed! I was really unhappy so I just asked for two samples that I thought might be right for me and took them. Never going back. I will just order my concealer on line or just go to another store.

The products sell themselves. I’m a huge fan of their foundation and lip gloss. MAC rocks.
The girls that work here are helpful and overall pleasant. This is one of my favorite places!

Normally, I love MAC and I know there is going to be a way. The one thing I cannot stand, is being ignored, which is what happened today at the Natural Hair Expo in the Macy’s in River Oaks shopping center. There were 2 MAC consultants standing behind the register, and I politely asked them if they were helping someone. No response. I asked again a little louder; they looked at me and continued working. I walked out and am refusing to visit that MAC counter again. It’s called customer service.
