Today, I had the worse experience ever at Tip Top# 4 not only did they open an hour late but, the guy who open the shop was beyond rude. The shop should open at 11am on Sunday, but today it open an hour late at 12pm with no apologies just this extremely rude man stating, «we open when we feel like it». I was beyond shock the way he treated his paying customers I know if this shop was in a predominately white neighborhood you would not treat your customers with such disrespect. I love Rachel and she has it going on with eyebrows but I refuse to be treated so badly this will definitely be my last time patronizing this establishment.

I love tip top it’s like a second home to me I come here basically every two weeks. But I only let 2 people do my nails mike 4 my acrylic cuz he takes his time on your nails, and he always does a good job so I would recommend him. Hannah 4 my pedicures and nail art cuz she hooks ya nails up and I love colorful, fun nails. Now 4 eyebrows go to Rachael she always does a good job. Also you can go to Alex 4 your nails. Now if you go make sure you get there at 10:00 am when they open because they are really packed especially on fridays. And if your an impatient person you might wanna come early, or come on mon-​thursday cuz there not really busy on those days.
