I was impressed with th initial meting or one of the reps, Henry Jones. Smooth talking and very friendly! However after paying for my ad to be published for my Black Friday sale, the paper never went to print and I wasn’t notified. After November 29^th on November 30^th, 2013 I spoke with the rep and requested my money back. He has told me he would come to my business with my check on two separate occasions and has failed to show up. I have to call him from different phones for him to even answer the phone. I definitely won’t get had like this again and hope that this isn’t the way all your reps handle new clients. I am not happy at all with Mr Jones service.
