Brown’s Towing

Robert just got done towing my car after I got a flat (no spare). He was very friendly and helpful. He called me on the way to let me know where he was so I’d know how long I could expect to wait. He came within the time frame that I was originally told. I would definitely recommend Brown’s Towing and have saved the number in my phone for future use!

When the history of tow truck driving is written – perhaps even by me – the driver that will be featured on the cover will be Robert Brown. My otherwise excellent car, a no-​longer-​manufactured Saturn, was sitting dead in the driveway of my fine home when on a whim I fired up Unilocal on my interweb in search of a driver in my neighborhood – Mill Creek (btw – Kafe Neo’s gyros are excellent). Based on the five star reviews, I called Brown Towing. Robert, driving at the very limits of speed allowed by law, raced to my home, jumped my car, gave me excellent advice and counsel, shared personal and entertaining anecdotes about his recent adventure in foot surgery, and bragged about his wife (as all good husbands do). When lost and alone on a midnight road – call this dude.

Robert was extremely prompt, friendly and professional. He gave me complete confidence that my car was in good hands and rates were reasonable! I will call Browns towing for my future needs for sure!

My car was stolen and when the police recovered it it wasn’t running. I called Brown’s towing instead of having the car impounded. The guy, Rob, was super friendly, got there fast, and actually helped me out quite a bit with the car. He helped me test it to see what was needed to be fixed. The price was very fair. Definitely recommend this guy.

I called these guys when my wife broke down in Snohomish. Rob showed up right away and towed our van to the dealership for us. All my wife could say was how great the driver was and how fast they showed up. Very professional and courteous. And rates were very reasonable.
