Home Inspector Derek Rogers is thorough, acknowledge and pleasant to work with. We have had to use a home inspection service twice in our efforts to fine a great home and Derek has twice inspected them and performed very professional and complete inspections. My husband has been a real estate investor manager for 39 years and he was very please with his work. We are happy to have met Derek.

I recommended Avalon inspection Service to a client of mine who was buying a home in Westlake Village. Since my client was out of the area, I went ahead and scheduled the home inspection. It was easy to make the appointment with Derek and I appreciated the phone call the day before our appointment for confirmation. Derek asked clear questions regarding the home and gave me a price prior to the home inspection.
On the day of the home inspection Derek showed up on-​time, as promised. Derek started the home inspection by speaking with my clients to find out their concerns… What was important to them during this home inspection? Derek spent 3+ hours going through the home and then summarized the inspection with my clients by going room-​by-​room explaining his findings.
After the home inspection my client’s first words to me were «Thank you for recommending Derek to us!». They were impressed with Derek’s vast knowledge and the considerable time he spent going through the home with them. Great job!
