Extremely disappointed with my service. This company became my ‘pool cleaners’ 6 months ago. After 4 months I noticed I had this disgusting bacteria growth throughout my pool. I reached out to the company and was ignored for weeks (nearly a month) — then I posted a negative Unilocal review and they finally reached out to me. The owners wife came out and apologized for the condition of the pool and took full responsibility. She was nice and assured me she’d have the pool cleaned ASAP.
However, weeks and weeks went by with no results. After inconsistent communication they finally began cleaning the pool but get this… THEY USED MY POOL FURNITURE (the pillow in the picture) AS THEIR KNEE PADS!!! That guy is using my pillow as a rag!!! How UNPROFESSIONAL– a complete disregard for our furniture.
Then the company sends me a BILL for the extra work! Can you believe it? They didn’t clean the pool but then tripled the bill to clean it… They tried saying it was from neglect from the other company I used. Camarillo Pool Service «cleaned» my pool 3x a week for 4 months and never told me we had a problem!
The best part is the owners wife then brought me donuts and asked me to remove my Unilocal review. Bribery at its finest.
I’m ending our contract and going back to the old company. I need to have a clean pool again and I don’t want to have to worry about my pool furniture getting damaged.

Best pool service in Camarillo bar none. The owner is the nicest, honest, up front, and one of the most hardworking people I know. He’s more concerned about getting the job done right than anything else. The final charge and the business part of the deal is almost an afterthought. There are only a few small businesses that operate this way. They have the professionalism of an established business and the comfort and familiarity of a small town store. I will never go with another pool service.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Every single person I’ve ever deal with has been highly professional, very helpful, and have gone out of their way to help me. They’ve even driven to their pool supply place just for me to get parts I needed on a Saturday. I’m on a tight budget so I frequently need to make repairs myself, but they tell me exactly what the best parts are for the job and even give me tips on things I might not have known as a do-​it-​yourself-​er.
I’ll never have any other pool company. They’re fantastic. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you choose them.
