I went on Saturday and saw Nine, the show was excellent, the show was 2.5 hours and had numerous costume changes and plenty of singing. The theater has been renovated with new paint, it can get a bit hot in there as you only have a fan cooling people down. I came a few years ago to see Pirates of Penzance and everything has greatly improved since then. Tickets are $ 18 and parking is free, season tickets for 2016 are going for $ 59 for 6 shows.

A place that really deserves more attention in a county full of excellent theaters! Skyway Playhouse consistently delivers quality productions, ranging from well-loved musicals to thought-provoking plays, comedies and dramas, and family favorites! With tickets about $ 20 or less, and snacks available before the show and at intermission(that you can even bring to your seat!), CSP is a great value. Handicap parking and seating is available, as are group rates and online ticketing, making it easy for anyone to have a great night or afternoon at the theater!

This is a great little community theatre that puts on stellar productions. With its close proximity to LA, they are not lacking for talent! And with tickets at about ~$ 18 per show, it’s a fantastic deal for a night out at the theater. Productions range from children’s theater to newer, modern shows, both plays and musicals. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend taking in a show!

Wonderful Playhouse located next to the Camarillo Airport. Staff is really nice and accommodating. They serve snacks as well, and if you check in you will get a $ 1 off the $ 2 small tub of popcorn. Soda is a dollar, candy bars are a dollar, if you get all three it’s $ 3.50(50 cents off) The seating reminds me of a small movie theater, very comfortable though. Saw Willy Wonka and really enjoyed it, half the staff consisted of talented children ranging from 7 to 17 year olds. The production is pretty awesome. Check them out if you want a night out or have young children that have enjoyed the movie.

Congratulations to Skyway Playhouse again! We saw a great production of 1776 last night. The show was great and it was great to see so many enthusiastic people involved in this effort. The Board of Directors should be complimented on encouraging so many newcomers to the performance process. A young actor by the name of ‘Ryan Tom was a standout at the end of Act 2. Keep up the great work. We hope that more people in the community have a chance to see these outstanding productions.
