Charlotte Russe Factory Outlet

Charlotte Russe was the first store I enter at the outlet since it’s right on the Conner. The window said 50% off and at first I did see a lot of rack full of clothes but I want to browse before to see what new and compare some of the prices form the Charlotte near me. The store is clean, fully stock and has friendly staff. This store is more like quality is original price and quantity costs less. All of the styles where the latest and had all the sizes. I went through the sale racks but didn’t fine nothing of my style which was ok. After all I bought 2 shirts at $ 42 and I’m happy. I would like to see more staff so I would’t have to flag one down to open the dressing room.

This store has the worse costumer service… I walked in with my niece from Seattle… no one greeted us. There was 2 employees & «the stores manager » NO one asked if we need it help. The stores manager keep staring at us like if we were going to steel something. really? The pissed me off so much bc she was rude and she was just staring at my niece then she went up to one of the employes and started telling him something and looking at my niece, so the guy goes up to my niece and asked her if she «was ready to pay» !!! I asked the guy if he was the manager? He said «No «she’s the store manager .the women just stayed quit and never asked if there was a problem she was a bitch unprofessional and RUDE… This is one of my favorite store to shop but after this I’m not to sure if I want to come back to this location … The store manager is just not the right person to be in charge of the store …

I don’t really like to go clothes shopping but when I do, I blame it on my sister haha!
And Charlotte Russe is one of her go to places so when we went to the Camarillo outlets, it was on our itinerary. We left it for last since we were expecting to spend a good chunk of time here. The selection was a little disappointing and so was the layout of the store. I get that it’s an outlet store, but it doesn’t mean that it has to resemble a Ross or a Marshall right?
My sister and I also noticed how some of their prices seem steep compared to buying from a non-​outlet CR store. For example, she bought a shirt from CR at the mall and it was $ 5 more here at the outlets.

I love Charlotte Russe stuff. I wish things were better laid out here at the store. It’s kind of a mess, but I guess for good deals, you have to be patient and sort through things. The staff looks interesting with pierced face, lips, etc, but they were nice. They don’t really make eye contact with you because you are just a number to them.
