I came here for a father’s day gift for my dad. I walked in and nobody said hello or anything to me. I walked around the men’s section twice till I found a pair I thought my dad would like. Of course they didn’t have his size so I tracked down a sales associate, she said they don’t have anymore in the back and walked off. The whole time I was walking around there were two sales associates(male and female) standing in the middle of the floor talking about the relationships they’re in which by the way the female seems to be unhappy in hers and should really leave her boyfriend. I finally found a pair of sandals for my dad and when I walked up to the register the associate at the register asked me if anyone helped me. I told her not at all, she said OK and rang me up for my shoes and that was it. Of course the sandals didn’t fit because if they did life would be too easy. I went back the next day and just like the day before I had to find the correct size myself without a peep from anyone. I then had to wait for a grumpy assistant manager to come out and do the exchange for me. Can someone please, please, please have the associates in this store retrained for customer service. This was the most horrible service I had in any ECCO store. Maybe because it’s an outlet store the service isn’t as good as going to a regular store. I just didn’t want to take the drive but next time I will.

Went in to look for some shoes. I usually buy my shoes at ECCO because of the quality and comfort and never have had a bad experience such as the one I did with a tall heavy set guy that was at the register. There were two guys working this day and as soon as I walked in I asked the tall heavy set guy if all the items in the far back were 50% off and he gave me an ugly look and said in a rude tone«nothing’s 50% off its Buy one get one half off!» At that time I just ignored him and kept looking for some shoes and the other guy approached me and asked if I needed help kindly and I told him no that I was ok. Several people exited the store and the tall heavy set guy told them to have a great day except for me. I don’t know why he acted the way he did. I think he needs better customer service training and should treat everyone as equals in the store. People tend to forget that no matter what you look like it, that doesn’t determine what you have in your wallet and where you should shop. Please help this guy in attaining better customer service skills and maybe a uniform as well. It goes well with a store that sells great quality items. Not a rude«salesman.»

It’s one my favorite shopping spot, actually it’s my favorite shopping spot in this outlet . No so many people knows about Ecco shoes for men and women but seriously it’s one of the best one in the market . The question: is it pricey ? Answer: depends who’s asking? If you gonna compare to one of the major big brands in price wise the answer will be yes . But if you look at for quality and comfort the answer is no. Beside this is an awesome brand, what’s make it more fun for shopping is the staff in this location. So far nothing but great experience and very well trained staff . For sure the earned five stars all day long

Best shoes I try to replace my Ecco’s, that I wear daily, every 5 years if they need it or not. Today was the day. I wonder if the office will notice?

This place is amazing, their shoes are awesome and the sales are great. The employees are very helpful and it is a pleasant experience; though parking can be interesting at times.
