My grandpa has had to come here on a couple of different occasions(unfortunately). Though both times from a blood infection and a broken hip, he’s been in pain and uncomfortable, he’s always enjoyed his time here. The nurses all seem pretty nice and personable. They’re also very attentive and are there whenever you need to ask a question. Apparently they’re in the process of putting cable in all of the patient’s rooms, but my grandpa’s isn’t one of them yet. He doesn’t seem to mind though. There’s a main TV room everyone can go to, along with a dining room that serves several options each meal. When my grandpa was in the hospital again, he wanted to make sure he got released to this facility. Though they weren’t sure when he would get released from the hospital, we held a room for him there($ 200 per day) so he could recuperate in a place he was comfortable. I’m glad he has this place as a sort of home away from home while he recovers.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Los Angeles, CA
Their contract is a book that allows them to re-evaluate a resident at any time and charge you more money. Their rates(above the competition as-is for a smaller one-bedroom) would then incorporate an additional $ 474 for 7 to 28 minutes of daily interaction with your Mom or Dad. So, if your parents need 10 minutes a day of medication assistance, that will cost you $ 474 per month atop the monthly cost. The facility is nice, neat. They are understaffed on the weekend. The majority of their residents were not ambulatory. There is no campus to walk on outside of the building, so a resident’s movement beyond the building is restricted. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to get my deposit returned. I don’t think the people at Camarillo are the problem, their corporate office clearly interferes with the day-to-day and causes major problems for the staff who try to do their jobs. Check out The Bonaventure in Ventura, we got a much better deal for a much nicer room and my mom is very happy there.
