Flower Power

My husband ordered me a dozen red flowers for our, anniversary to be sent to my job and they sent white roses by mistake so they said they would deliver red same day. when I got red ones delivered they looked like they were dying. They never apoligized. My husband canceled to let them try a third time. He ended up going elsewhere so it wasn’t good service. They also left returned flowers at my job and still havent picked them up. My anniversary ended up being an emotional day because of bad service.
Update! They finally picked up flowers we returned on June 30^th (my anniversary) just barely today at my work office on July 2^nd after 1:00 pm!

Oh wow this flower shop is amazing!!! My girlfriend was having a rough day, called them and the said the could take care of me. The did just that, hung up the phone at about 1:20 and by 20 she had flowers to brighten up her day. Not only where they speedy but the flowers were beautiful. Very kind staff and amazing customer service.

I last minute decided to call Flower Power the day before my surprise wedding. Without hesitation Cindy and Ron put everything together beautifully, exactly what I wanted! Including my bouquet and my fiancée boutonnière.

LOVE THEM. Ron the owner is really nice and helpful. We order every year for a large recital and everyone always comments on how beautiful the roses are. I came in one weekend and they were making the cutest princess table arrangements for a huge Gala. You will not be dissapointed.

Last week one of my coworkers had a memorial service for his father. I completely forgot to order flowers. I called Flower Power 2 hours before the service. Not only did they take my order, but they did 2 beautiful baskets (great size), and they were unbelievably reasonable in price.
Then, this week my boss had a service, and of course I called last minute. They were about to leave to go make a delivery and stopped everything to take my order. Once again they made another absolutely amazing bouquet. I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone. The customer service is amazing & the arrangements & beautiful.

Fantastic Service and Reasonable Prices. Ordered Birthday Flowers for my Wife at 10:00am and they were delivered by 10:30am. What Service! Highly recommend this business.

I called and asked how much a wrist corsage was and was told «$ 24.99.» I then asked if they had the rhinestone keepsake bracelet. The woman said yes, «I have one left.» I said, «OK, I would like to buy it.» I was told «it is $ 10.00 extra.» I said «fine, I will take that.» «I will pick it up on Saturday afternoon.» When I go pick it up, I was given a TINY three rose wrist corsage with a plastic crystal-​like bracelet. I said «this is NOT what I ordered.; «I ordered the rhinestone bracelet.» The woman at the counter said «that is the last one left; I almost sold this one to someone else; I thought you were not coming.» The corsage had NOTHING else on it, no baby’s breath, tulle, ribbon, greenery, NOTHING. PLAIN. It looked more like a boutonnière. The roses were already wilting. I told the woman at the counter I am not happy with this. She said «talk to Cindy» (I later find out she is the owner’s wife). I told CINDY I was not happy. I said «look at the petals, they are torn and browning.» She just pulled off some of the petals. I again said «I don’t think the girl will like this.» She offered no apology. I was hoping she would offer to make a new one. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. EVER. This was my second time ordering something from them. I ordered a wrist corsage for my sons’s homecoming date and he told me her corsage fell apart before getting to the dance. Maybe wrist corsage is not their thing?
NOTE: My sons said he felt embarrassed when he saw the wrist corsages that other girls were wearing. He said his date’s corsage was a «JOKE».
I feel so cheated! :(

Last week, I ordered a Serenity Wreath online, requesting next-​day delivery within Camarillo; I’m 99% positive shipping was $ 9.95. The beautiful wreath was delivered before services began, as requested. I received emails confirming purchase and delivery.

Five stars for flower power! Just got my anniversary flowers delivered to us in Thousand Oaks by Carla (hope I am spelling your name right) — she was right on time and so happy to be making people smile with every delivery.
The roses (a dozen long-​stem… yeahhh hubby!) were AMAZING! A fresh and healthy, lovely bouquet — so lucky to have Flower Power flowers!

If I could give a ½ star I would, possibly none at all! They get the half for delivery the same day. However, what I ordered was not what was sent to the recipient! It looked like my 7 year old made it. The picture showed more than 2 roses! It horrible! I saw the picture of the bouquet and was very disappointed & felt ripped off! I will stick with Ponderosa Shoppe — they get 5 stars! Go there! This place is a rip off!

I called Flower Power on recommendation of Padre Serra Parish Church who was doing the flowers for my dear Aunt’s funeral. I thought I knew what I wanted but the lady who answered the phone, Cindy, felt what I had picked would not have been appropriate. She said that she would make up a larger arrangement for around the price of the item I had picked. I was a little nervous because I had no idea what it would look like. The arrangement was beautiful! All of the flowers they did for the service were beautiful also. I highly recommend this florist — beautiful fresh arrangements and a great value too. Thanks!

This flower shop is wonderful! I use them to buy single stem flowers which I take home to arrange myself. Their prices are great! Their flowers are fresh! The lady behind the counter is very helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.

Alright, so I ordered flowers from 1−800-Flowers and the order came thru Flower Power. I am not sure if I need to write a review on 1800Flowers (which they do not have a Unilocal for) or Flower Power, but I’m giving one on BOTH. I was sending sympathy flowers to my grandparents for the passing of my uncle (which I needed sent THAT day because that’s when we all found out)…I ordered through 1800Flowers because I received points from Chase and because I watched them on a TV show and really liked their companies view (Undercover Boss). My grandparents called me as soon as they received the flowers and said how grateful they are and how beautiful the flowers were, I was jazzed, I thought «Great! I know a fantastic place to order flowers from now!» Well when I arrived home on Thursday and saw the arrangement I was not satisfied. The picture on the website and what was delivered to my Grandparents were not similar (well they were comparable but not what was advertised). As long as my grandparents were happy, that’s all that mattered. But, I called 1800Flowers and let them know that I wasn’t fully satisfied (but the recipient was). They refunded me 50% of the price and sent me a $ 10 gift card.

Flower Power of Camarillo just recently completed the wedding of my dreams. Ron, the owner, read my mind and gave me exactly what I wanted and then he did things that I never even thought of! He went above and beyond our expectations. I loved our wedding and it was largely for the way his genius florals set off the other elements already set. Ron was also very involved; he came out to the wedding site in Santa Barbara with a mock-​up arrangement, he was able to work with containers we provided and he communicated with me really well via email. We told him our colors were Peacock and Copper and he was able to translate that into brilliant florals with great variation and textures. He and his wife are a brilliant team you can trust.
