My family and I LOVE Las Posas Cleaners! You won’t be disappointed. We have been coming here for as long as I can remember, at least 10 years. I’ve taken dresses and pants to get hemmed, our most trusted formal attire and suits. They are the epitome of quality. We have a cleaners right down the street from our house but drive to the other side of town because this is the only place we’ll take our clothes!
And we just love the owners, seriously the sweetest family. Can’t say enough about them!

I’ve been a weekly customer here for 16 years, mostly having shirts laundered and ironed. She does an excellent job on alterations. Really nice owner.

3 stars for convenience & friendliness. Lady forgets to call me when my stuff is done even though she tells me she’s going to call. Then of course I forget! Making me wonder why I can’t find a particular article if clothing. A person’s word is valuable. They obviously don’t think so. Did a good job in mending slacks.

These guys are prompt, pleasant, and do a great job on whatever we bring them. I had them wan a cashmere sweater. It came back smelling good and ball free! We have gone to them for laundry, dry cleaning, and have altered dress shirts.
One time they called me to tell me they had discovered a small hole in the garment and wanted to know if I still wanted them to proceed. I knew about the hole already but it didn’t show when worn so I told them not to worry about it and to go forward.
I would recommend these cleaners to anyone.

Quality work and friendly service! Every time I visit this center there is a kind woman welcoming me. My first trip here was to have a white Bebe jacket of mine cleaned. I honestly didn’t think that there was much hope for my jacket because it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and with white it’s very obvious. Thought it was worth a shot. I was STUNNED to see it at pickup! Looked like brand new and it felt so nice and soft, not starchy. Since then I’ve visited 3 more times to get some pants hemmed (woe to all us shorties out there). Never once left dissatisfied. Highly recommend this reliable center!

Great alterations. She really takes her time and does a good job. As for the dry cleaning, she tends to do a pretty good job — but isn’t always the best with customer service. She can be a bit harsh. Overall though, they are very convenient and affordable.

Just picked up 5 shirts from the cleaners (light starch) and the gal that waited on me was very friendly and the shirts looked great. I mentioned about some pants that might need to be taken in and said she does alterations too! (I’m not very good on the sewing machine so I’ll bring them in when I take in my next bunch of shirts.) Very friendly. Very professional. I will be back.

Got a rug cleaned here and the girl told me it was $ 1.50 per foot, for a 5×7 rug I thought, sweet like $ 18.00, went to pick it up and it was freaking $ 51.00 because it was $ 1.50 per SQUARE foot!!! Then the lady laughed at me and acted like I was an idiot when the girl clearly said by foot not square foot! Will NEVER go back!

Worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. They cut the liner on the inside of my skirt and denied it. They shrink my clothes that I ask them to dry clean. The main lady is extremely rude. I will never go back.

Wonderful staff, great service! Had an emergency and needed my items 2 days early… not a problem! Would certainly recommend this dry cleaner!

I don’t take my dry cleaning here because I live way on the East side of Camarillo, but I do take my clothes here to be altered. Great, high quality alterations!

I have been using Las Posas Cleaners for Years! Our family have used them a lot for alterations also… great service!

I went to this cleaners since it seemed convenient at the time. Brought in two pieces for same day dry cleaning. One of the pieces ended up with tiny holes in two locations and it had shrunk. I brought it back to the cleaners in hopes that they would take responsibility and reimburse me for the piece and the cost of cleaning. Instead I got a snotty little woman that basically accused me of wearing the item after and putting the holes in it myself and then washing it in the washing machine. I assured her that I did neither and would appreciate a refund for at least the dry cleaning. After a little rant on her part, she gave me a partial CREDIT for the cleaning. I will not be using that credit since I will never go there again! Terrible customer service and shoddy work.

I definitely recommend this place. I have been going here for 2 yrs and they always know me by name and do a great job. Prices seem to about average compared to others in the area.
