Music Memories & More Custom Events

Ask for Cody, he brings a really fun vibe to your event, he was the MC at my wedding. I wasn’t impressed with the rest of Music, Memories and more or Best Value DJs as they also like to be called. All of the different names and websites for what seams to be the same company got really confusing.
They showed up late to my wedding which threw things off. The actual DJ, not sure of his name, didn’t play the exact cover of song we asked for, even though we specifically wrote it out.
I didn’t use them for lighting or a photo booth or anything like that because I had already taken care of it. Maybe they are a good deal if you use them for other stuff too. I just wanted music and I was pretty disappointed. We decided to end our wedding an hour early because people just weren’t into it, even though we paid them for more time. I think we should have gotten a refund for that time and the time lost because they were late.

When booking a DJ for our wedding/​reception we really wanted someone who could throw a party — more of a «real» DJ than a «Wedding DJ». We came across Don Henry of Music Memories & More on Thumbtack. After our initial consultation over the phone and in person meeting I was sold — this guy «gets it»; he understood our vision for the day and the flow of the party we were going for. Don is definitely a highly experienced professional, and worth every penny. He was happy to work with our budget, and build a custom package for us. The great thing about using Music Memories and More/​Groove Factor Entertainment is that they are a full service production company and have thrown some crazy parties. We decided to use them as a one stop shop for all of our lighting and audio so it would all sync together for one wild party. We also used their photobooth as well! Don has a great calm demeanor, and you can tell his confidence is because he has done this quite a few times before. The wedding guests loved him and all of his interactions were occasion appropriate. He knew how to handle our guests and really managed the flow of the party from start to finish. His team did an excellent job of setting everything up, and we couldn’t have been happier with how things went. We highly recommend Don and his team for any event you might plan! Thanks Don!!!
