I have had my stuff here for about a year now and I have no complaints at all.
It was supposed to be for only a few months but I sure you all know how that goes. :)

Been here several years for my parents stuff when they downsized and for myself in between moves. Always extremely accomodating and helpful. Facility is always well maintained and clean. Couldn’t ask for a more trouble free and worry free facility.

Oxnard, CA
I called 3 different locations, only got an answering machine, none returned my calls. On the contrary, when I called/​call my Self Storage, someone always answers. I have had a space here for the past two years. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. When I downsized, they were prompt to accommodate me with the size and location of the unit that best fit my need. The entire facility is maintained clean and signs are clearly posted before a special event or holiday.

Thousand Oaks, CA
Leased a 10×14 space on really short notice last weekend and had an interesting experience. After my movers cancelled on me, the manager Kevin provided use of their truck. Unexpectedly, the truck’s battery went out in the middle of my move. However, Kevin responded super fast to work on the issue, successfully getting it back to the storage site. The bin I got has a good location, is in good condition and is fairly priced. The site is easy to find and quickly accessible from the 101 Freeway off the Los Posas exit. I feel comfortable with my unit and confident in the staff should I have any needs or issues. Thanks again, Kev!
