I hate to give a small company such a bad review but my wife found this guy on Unilocal and i dont want this to happen to someone else.
We asked this company to come out and finish a new construction shower i am adding to our home. I completed about 50% of the tile and Because we wanted to have it done by the new year and not have to rent a tile saw again we asked this company for a quote. the owner Tim came to our home and gave us a quote of 450 to finish what i had started and i would do the grout. When i got home and looked at the work his guy did i was amazed at how terrible it looked. i am by no means a pro tiler but my work was 100% better than what they did. not only was it not EVEN CLOSE to finished, but there was so much wrong and down right sloppy with the job he did. I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY PUT THIS KIND OF WORK OUT AND CALL THEMSELVES A TILE COMPANY. I called him immediately about my disgust and he did come over right away, witch i do appreciate but he gave me a lot of attitude and blamed me for his guy not being able to get much done. he offed to send his main guy back the next day and finish it personally but of course he was flat out blowing smoke and didn’t. he did have the original guy come back and fix the obviously uneven edge of the shower and charged us 350 instead of 450. but now that im finishing it and finding more and more screw ups i feel like we have been robbed blind.

Tim & his team are amazing! They are true experts, honest, trustworthy, and very courteous! My floors look PHENOMENAL! I would high recommend him!

Tim (owner) and Greg came to my house today to install my backsplash and I am THRILLED! They were on time, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
