Randy’s Rain Gutters

I have called Randy since July. Was told he would be here in 2 weeks, never called, never showed. Called again in September. Was again told he would be in Ventura in 3 weeks and would be here. Again, never called, never showed. Guess he doesn’t need the work. Very disappointing as he came highly recommended.

We had scheduled to have Randy come out and look at our house and then give us an estimate — it took two weeks before he could come out. Then we scheduled to have rain gutters installed and it would take 4 weeks before he could install. He told me to pick up some rain barrels so I spend $ 300 on rain barrels. After waiting 4 weeks and excited to get rain gutters installed he was a NO-​SHOW. Tried calling and only got a voice mail saying the mail box was full but to leave a call back number — called 5 times and still no call back. So after waiting 6-​weeks total we now have no rain gutters and are looking else where. What horrible business practice –and still after 4 days no return phone call. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID WITH THIS COMPANY!

Randy did a good job for me at a fair price. His girl at the office is polite and efficient. Ed

Randy just finished installing my rain gutters on my house. Randy came out when he said he would and gave me a quote. When I called to schedule the work I spoke with Dana. I understand she is a new member of the team and has taken over the office side of things from Randy. What a difference Dana makes! She told me she had to pull my quote and then would call me back, about an hour later she called and we set the appointment, Randy arrived this morning as promised and did a great job from start to finish. I am very pleased.
Apparently I have more patience than others when dealing with a small business owner, after reading some of the reviews I was expecting to have to make multiple calls to get things done and was prepared to do so. I guess having Dana on board now is the difference, I had no problems at all. I have to say they are super busy because it was a few weeks before the earliest install appointment when I called, but hey, great price, great work, I am glad they are busy and I was glad to wait.

At first I was impressed by what appeared to be quality materials, and he seemed to be a likeable enough guy, but was severely disappointed by the installer’s non-​existent sense of time, or professionalism. The main point I would like to convey to anyone considering them is just pay attention to how often the story changes, as well as the excuses, and lack of communication. This is not a fast food transaction, this is your house! There are a lot of other options for gutters, go with a professional… not this guy.

I had read all of the reviews and thought Randy’s Rain Gutters was the company that I wanted to install my rain gutters. I called and spoke to Randy and arranged for him to be at my home at 7:30 AM. The next morning I waited until about 9:00 AM and called him but I only reached his voice mail. I left a message saying that I was still waiting for him and for him to call me. He never did. I called the next day and to this day I have never heard from him. So much for good service… not even a call back. If any of my friends need rain gutters installed, I will never recommend this company. In order to post this I had to give one star. In my opinion, no stars is my recommendation.

Randy’s Raingutters is a fantastic company for raingutters. Randy (the owner) was prompt and punctual in arriving to give an estimate. He was professional, knowledgable and his prices were reasonable.
One of the best parts about this company is that Randy is the guy who actually installs the raingutters! You get what was promised because you’re always dealing with the owner!
On the day of the installation, there was slight hiccup in that there was an area of the house we had talked about putting raingutters on, but had never made it to the estimate. Since it was his error, Randy had the integrity to absorb the costs of the extra raingutters without charging me.
The installation went smoothly and was done in a timely manner. A few days later, there was a very minor issue with the downspout. Randy came out within a day and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service in that with other installers you sometimes have to chase them down for weeks!
I highly recommend Randy’s Raingutters! Now it’s time for some rain!

Randy is awesome! Randy came out to my BF’s mom’s house to fix the down spouts and he did a great job. She was really happy with Randy’s work. He is friendly, efficient, and flexible with matching your schedule. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to everyone!

Randy provide a cost estimate over the phone from the description we provided. We were a couple of feet under on our estimate. Randy did an excellent job and spent more time than I thought he expected to, since he not only installed the gutter, but assembled the rain barrel. This was all done at the agreed price he quoted over the phone. We are extremely happy with the professional job, quality of the work, price and he arrived on time. If you need gutter work, I highly recommend Randy’s Gutters.

Randy installed gutters on our guest house and did a fabulous job. The results were perfect, but more importantly he was professional and courteous. He also took the time to share clean out tips with my husband.
With his friendly demeanor, professional results and fair pricing I don’t hesitate to recommend Randy’s Rain Gutters! We were very pleased all around.
