I bought a Samsonite suitcase at Burlington coat factory and the handle broke the first trip I used it on. The manager at Burlington was rude, didn’t believe I’d only used it once, and refused to take it back. Part of the problem was the light color of the suitcase, which got dirty quickly going through airline baggage. I called Samsonite and took it to the outlet. They were friendly and offered to fix it, no problem. When I received my suitcase back from Samsonite, it was a brand new and improved, dark colored suitcase! I was so happy and relieved after a terrible experience at Burlington. Samsonite has a great guarantee from my experience.

This place is not all that when is comes to bargains. It is located in the Camarillo Outlet center and their prices are way over the retail market. They offer a buy two get one for free but if you do your homework you will end up paying more. If your looking for one suitcase they are double what you can find elsewhere. If you do go their scan the bar codes with your phone and you will be shocked on how much cheaper you can find the same item elsewhere. I use a app called RedLaser.
