Schneir Harvey MD

I found Dr. Schneir when I first moved to Camarillo waiting for a pancreas transplant at UCLA. That was 2002. He was the best doctor for my type one and thyroid disease. He also helped save my life after St. John’s detected I had sepsis after the transplant. UCLA although a good group of people sent me home saying I was just adjusting to the transplant. I went to St. John’s with a fever and needed blood. They immediately realized my blood was in serious trouble. Dr. Schneir was called and he orchestrated my care with the utmost attention. I am really sorry to hear he has left but he certainly deserves the rest. He gave his best always and was the most friendly intuitive doctor I have ever met and there have been many. :) Congratulations Dr. Harvey Schneir!

Well it’s a little late to be writing this review since Dr. Schneir is retiring today. I was actually reading reviews on another doctor since I need to have my records transferred. He was referred to me by a friend who had thyroid cancer several years ago. She was very happy with him. He has been treating my low thyroid condition ever since. He always made me feel comfortable, very personable. For my benefit, I am sorry to see him go but wish him the very best in retirement.

I have been going to this man for about 35 years! I have always had the best care! He treats you like family! If you have ever needed an endocrinologist he is and was the best around. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor! The funny part is you could never get anything past him! So never try to hide anything! If you are not doing what you were supposed to don’t bother wasting his time! I would travel the world to to see him because he is such an amazing doctor and he knows his stuff! Thank you for the amazing care and taking such good care of me! I will truly miss him! Congratulations and Happy Retirement! I pray blessings on you and your family!

Dr. H. Schneir was able to isolate and treat a Thyroid condition that had gone un diagnoticed by other doctors. I was feeling TERRIBLE! Thanks to him, I feel fantastic. I have referred him to many friends and family. They are all very happy with him. Great bedside manner too. He is by far the best endocrinologist you could see.

Dr. Schneir and his staff are wonderful. I have been seeing him for a thyroid disorder for over 3 years, and he is very genuine in wanting his patients to be well. He never makes me feel like just a number, and doesn’t rush through visits. I feel he takes his time to ask me questions, and actually LISTENS to what I am saying. Dr. Schenir is one in a million. Doctors with his knowlege and bedside manner are few and far between.
