Dr. Fettman conducted a procedure to fix a burst blood vessel on my ear and made a huge mess of it. Due to his incompetence the wound healed abnormally and has left a permanent deformity. Rather than admit culpability and agree to remedy the problem, he was slow to respond and eventually punted the problem to other practitioners outside their firm (i.e. a cold referral).
Yes, he’s a nice guy. But nice isn’t enough in the medical field. Competence, responsiveness and going the extra mile is what matters. I would not recommend this place.

First off I explained to them I have a high deductible insurance plan and asked how much a certain procedure was. The lady at the front desk told me it was around $ 250. Well once it was submitted to my insurance guess what it was $ 475!
Also, they ended up charging me $ 1000 and did not solve my issue or even give a reason for it or any suggestions. The doctor spent a total of 2 min talking to me it seemed like the office was rushing me out since I was their last patient of the day. And the women at the front desk were very unprofessional, it sounded like they were having a party behind the counter.
Just to top it off their billing department has no clue how to do their job. They submitted my claim to the wrong insurance I had to call 3 times to follow up. And each time nothing has been done. When they finally did submit it they sent 5 duplicates of each charge!
The lady then claimed she had already mailed an invoice to me well guess what 3 weeks later I still have no invoice.

Dr. Vaidya was very nice but I would NEVER go back there. They charged me an office visit of $ 250 for 5 minutes. When I called billing they transferred me around and no one returned my call. I finally got a hold of someone in the office and they told me it is illegal to lower the fee. I have never heard of such a thing. I just received another bill 7 months later for a small amount, it is more on principal than anything else. I felt they were very unfair.

Dr. Vidya is the best doctor ever! He is compassionate, thorough, gentle, and so good with my special needs daughter. He treats her the same as he treats me, talking directly to her rather than through me like a lot of people do! His staff is very organized and friendly. I only wish he were a family practitioner so we could see him for everything!

Just yesterday, Dr. Lee, fixed my hearing problems! I’ve had impacted ear wax for 2 years and I didn’t know it. I finally made an appointment with West Coast ENT. Dr. Lee looked in my ears and then cleaned them with the mini, thin, scraper thing. It took just 5 minutes and I instantly could hear every crackle of my clothing and especially in my voice with the reverberation of the office. The entire time, I asked him general questions about my problem and he answered them all. Afterwards, he did a quick check of my nose and throat and he said I was fine. So as far as professional ear wax removal, West Coast ENT was great! They knew what they were doing, answered all my question, most importantly made me feel better!
