So I have been an avid customer at this location bought a heavy big beaker within a week only used it twice the down stem area broke. I purposely bought this so it wouldn’t happen. so I went in knowing I wouldn’t get a free piece just seeing what kind of customer service they do and may I be dead honest I felt bad for the worker but horrible service on ownership and all bad customer service I will never go back and will never recommend this glass shop .and it’s sad to say was trying to stay local but you lost a great customer this shop needs to learn customer service. Sad to say !!! Don’t waste your money here.

Okay, so I’m a big fan of the TO location & make sure to stop by whenever I’m close.
Let me just say I was thrilled to learn they opened a Camarillo location & it’s actually in walking distance from where I live!
Great shop! Great prices! The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, I leave knowing something new every time! Thumbs up Wild Side & welcome to Cam!
