Your Glass Connection

I have used them to do my home remodel and also to do a balcony. The interior work they did was good however when they did the balcony they left the glass filthy. I called Dan and he basically said that is not their policy and they will not clean it. I am disappointed and will not recommend them anymore. 15 minutes with a Windex bottle would have made all the difference. This is a stupid way to run a business.

Dan runs a great business. He and his employee, Dale, were very helpful and courteous with this female homeowner. I hate going to Home Depot and don’t always feel welcome at the small independents that cater to contractors, but these guys were very welcoming and professional. And my shower doors and mirrored cabinet look beautiful!

I had called around for quotes on glass tabletops for my dining room table a few months ago, and Glass Connection gave me the best pricing. Due to better circumstances I was ready to get the glass. I called later in the morning, but no one answered, so I left a message. The owner, I believe, called me the next morning, worked out the details with me, honoring the original quote, and had the glass finished up by the end of the day, even though I couldn’t pick it up until the weekend. (I had accidentally deleted his message so I feel bad not having his name.)
If I have any future glass needs, I’ll take the time to go back to Camarillo so I can go back here. Other places I called either quoted for more or they didn’t seem too interested in catching an easy sale.
