We had the Camarones al mojo de ajo and the Carne Asada. Great food and if you like mushrooms and shrimps the Camarones al mojo are a must

Service was polite and attentive. The food is pretty much average Mexican that you can get at any local restaurant. Nothing special. I’ve had the Chicken Enchilada both times I’ve been and it’s pretty much standard stuff with no real wow factor. The chips and salsa were good.

Great food, amazing service. New t the area and looking for our go-to Mexican place. This is it. My teen just loved it. Their plates are gigantic!

I have been here over a dozen times. The service is outstanding. They some how know when you need to be asked about drinks, etc. and when to be left alone to enjoy your meal. We have tried a variety of items on their menu and have not been disappointed even once. It’s not fancy but for good food, good service, and good prices we will continue to come back.

I tried this restaurant twice. The first visit, I found my main meal to be mediocre. The second time I visited, I remembered what was lacking the first time I visited. My disappointment is from the refried beans served with the salsa and my shredded beef tostada. Both were lacking in flavor. They both needed seasoning, even if it more salt added for taste. I did find the salsa to be quite good. All of their ingredients are fresh and the service is fast and friendly. I will probably wait another year before trying this restaurant again…

Great service! Server was amezing. I like my food spicy so she bring me grilled spicy jalapeños and it was good. We tried many Mexican restaurant and this is the best. It used to be at 164th and we were regular and was bummed when they closed. I m glad they reopened and it is much better then other one on 117th.

When location on 164th closed .we were bummed. So glad they have reopened in Camas! Been there for awhile, I just keep forgetting to post. Their food is very good and people working there are very friendly too.

I’m originally from the TexMex border and this is one of the better Mexican food restaurants in the Clark County area. The chili rellenos and beef enchiladas are especially good and most important they are consistently good. Pleasant service, clean interior, and the food is fresh.

Once Los jalapenos left 164th and moved to this location their food suffered. I don’t know if they hired a new cook or if it’s the contaminated water from the Papermill, but we were seriously disappointed. Their salsa is even different. Also I don’t know if it was just the night we went, but the staff is no longer as friendly and attentive. Please move back to 164th, hire your staff back… The Mexican food around here sucks now.

When you’re looking for no-nonsense, dependably good Mexican food, this is your place. They’ve got all the stuff you expect: enchiladas, fajitas, chimichangas, chips, salsa, guacamole, etc. There are not a ton of great Mexican restaurants in the Portland-Vancouver area. I’m happy to have one that has been consistently good the 20 or so times that I’ve been there. The service is very friendly as well.

Have been very pleased with the Owner and staff and believe this is the best Mexican Restaurant at least in the SW part of the state of Washington. All the food is good and the steak fajitas are very special. You will not regret your visit.

I always enjoy Mexican food that has the basics down pat, and they do. We used to visit this restaurant when they were down on 164th and are willing to make the few extra miles to visit them in Camas. I almost exclusively eat their cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and find it hard to move from that simply tasty dish; however, my girlfriend does enjoy a moving about the menu finding other nuggets of delish. This place is definitely one of our core, classic, comfort food-spots. Lunch menu is very reasonable(~$ 7), and I’ve always left full and never left feeling unsatisfied. Cute little area too, so a nice affordable lunch followed by a movie just blocks away is a great way to spend an afternoon!

We went tonight for the first time and highly recommend them. We had the Chimi/chalupa dinner. Excellent! Very generous portions. Pico and bean dip with chips served while you wait for your meal. I had the black beans instead of regular refried beans. They were so good. We got little cinnamon tortilla type. Crackers with whipped cream and strawberry sauce after our meal. Hubby and I both came home with To go boxes. The service was excellent. Wait time was short with 4 to 5 tables full. The place looks like it only has a small dining room, but there is another dining area that seats 30 more guests. This is our new favorite place.

Yay, a cute little Mexican food joint in Camas. I was stoked to see sopapillas on the menu, but they were sadly prepared differently than I am used to(Tex-Mex, softer sopapillas, served with honey; not crispy with whipped cream and strawberry sauce). However, their main courses were really good. I love tostadas and they make them just right here. My husband loves chimichangas and he also left totally satisfied.
