Had a home built on 2011 these guys did the stone and burried the stone below grade, now I’m try to sell my home and the plywood is rotted out because the moisture wicked up and damaged it. Know what they said, sorry, they would love to but their warranty is only two years. Good bye.
Their web site looks nice but they missed flashings that were required at the time of construction in 2011. Watch out they are probably still doing it wrong because I sent them pictures and they said it looked fine and it’s still the way they do it.
