We went here because I destroyed my iPhone 5. I was four months away from my two year contract being up. The worker said he had a way for me to get a new phone. He told me that I could send in my old phone and get a credit for it. He saw the phone for himself and knew that it wasn’t repairable. But he said Verizon would take back anything and he even gave us the box to send it in and printed out the paperwork. Of course Verizon would not give us credit for it. So I ended up paying full price for a new phone. The Verizon employee put an app on my phone so I could easily contact him if I had any questions. I have twice contacted him and I’ve heard nothing back.
Seriously, go to Best Buy! They won’t tell you lies and will give you great customer service! This place SUCKS!

I came in to look for new phone. And the worker there don’t seem very nice person. He was like. What kind of phone you want? His behavior is awful. Looks like he doesn’t enjoy working there. I won’t go back due his behavior toward me.

Purchased case for my tablet and their high end charger which both broke within 40 days. Called they said out of luck. I was disappointed the items were more than 125.00. Tired of giving this place the business. The Shell station car wash has the rudest employee!!!
