The woman is very nice which is why I’m giving this place a star. My boyfriend had gone to them a couple of years ago to get my necklace fixed and the process was fine. So, I went back to get my bracelet fixed. I went on Sunday and they took my bracelet and information and told me the estimated amount and that it would take a week or less. Today, two whole days later, she calls me and says that their repair guy is booked until January and that I need to come and get the bracelet back. Really? I will not be returning here for anything.

I took a necklace in for a repair. I was only back in town for a week, and I told the woman very clearly when I dropped it off on Monday that I would be leaving and needed to pick it up by Friday, which she said they could do no problem. By noon on Friday they still hadn’t called me, and when I called to make sure it was ready, it wasn’t. It wasn’t even in the store so I could pick it up anyway. She couldn’t even tell me when it would be done, just that she would call me. And she never did call back, and it still wasn’t ready when I called back later that afternoon. Thankfully a friend will pick it up for me, and when I called again to make sure they would give it to her and to find out how much it would be, she told me an amount that was way off from her original quote when I dropped it off. Throughout all this, she was rude and unapologetic. Maybe they’re fine for retail, but I was so horribly frustrated I would never give them my business again.

Abrano Silver has the best silver jewelry at affordable prices in the city. They also have so much to choose from. Every time I go in I seem to find something different that wasn’t there before, and that I can’t live without!
The staff is super! They know their stuff, they will treat you like family and they don’t pressure you into buying.
I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what you can find!

I always like coming in here and checking out all kinds of cool stuff. It’s hard to narrow the decision on what to get because there really are so many great choices. Prices range from fairly inexpensive, to a few hundred dollars.
The back area of the store has a whole bunch of items that are on final sale for 50% off. I ended up getting 3 super cute pairs of earrings for $ 50 total with the discount! My best bargain of the day!
