I found Axiom online on my own, when I was desperate to get help for my 10 year old son who was having a lot of trouble in school. My son has ADHD, learning problems, and deficits in executive function. The teachers at Axiom have been absolutely wonderful! They connected with my son immediately, and have shown a lot of interest and motivation (in addition to skill) in helping him.
They completely get my son’s strengths and difficulties and work with him in an individualized way specifically tailored for him. They teach through innovative ways, which can involve visual associations to help with memory acquisition, or games which involve logic, strategy, memory and focus. They are gentle, supportive, yet also persistent with my son, whose tendency is to give up when he senses difficulty.
My son, who doesn’t like school, told me the other day: «If my school would be Axiom, I would love going to it every day».

We would recommend Axiom to anyone — especially if they are looking for a supportive and insightful approach to learning, one that is respectful of individual learning styles, and playful in its approach to setting challenges and goals. The tutors we have worked with have all been terrific, and we especially appreciate their welcoming and positive attitudes. Axiom is part of the family.

Axiom was the exact learning environment we were looking for. The quote on their website «It is not how smart you are, it is how you are smart» really resonated with our family. We wanted an experience for our daughter that revolved around her abilities and her application. Instantly, the teachers were able to engage her and make her feel at ease. Most importantly, our daughter enjoys going to Axiom. Even after a two hour session at Axiom, she is still smiling. The results of an engaging, personalized instruction that also conveys confidence in our daughter is highly recommended by our family.
