This place is located in the Food Court at the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall. Of all the spots in the food court, this is the one I hit most frequently. Why? It’s not fast food and it’s not sandwiches — it’s something different. Don’t be misled by the name — this food doesn’t really seem Cajun to me. It’s not über spicy, which is the primary attribute I associate with Cajun, and the sides seem very American — macaroni & cheese, roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, veggies. The bourbon chicken is pretty good. For $ 6, you get whichever rice you prefer, a meat choice, and two sides — typically enough food to last me two meals. The food quality here is pretty consistent — somewhat bland, but hearty and filling. If you’re looking for something inexpensive, hearty, and plentiful — check it out.
