The selection in this store is very large and the staff are so friendly. I bought a couple of plants from here and they’ve really put the finishing touches on my apartment. Walking by on my way home from work, I have to keep myself from going in to smell the flowers.

I am in California, my daughter just finished her doctorate at BU. I wanted to mark the occasion with flowers. My daughter was surprised and delighted. The bouquet was gorgeous and delivery timely. She sent a photo and I must say that the flowers are lovely. Doing business long distance can be disappointing, but this was a seamless transaction and I was more than satified; I would highly recommend this florist!

This is the first florist that I have consistently bought flowers from and I will never go back to buying bouquets at the grocery store!
I actually love the informal, warehouse-​y feel and the employees who don’t ogle over you. Other florists just feel stuffy and formal by comparison.
Here’s the way to shop for a bouquet at BSF: find an employee, tell them your price point and occasion, and wait while they pull together the perfect bouquet. I’ve gone as low as $ 10 and gotten bouquets for housewarmings, baby announcements (boy or girl?, they asked…), and just because.
The flowers have always been fresh and lasted for a week or two.

BSF has been our GO TO Florist for years. We live across the country now, and I know that anytime I call, they will deliver a beautiful arrangement to my local family members.
We have marked life’s events with the help of their beautiful arrangements–
birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, memorials… and they have done an exceptional job. The flowers have always been fresh, the bouquets artistic and unique. Deliveries are on time.

They are good. Though, they don’t keep the prices which makes it an onerous task to ask them about each and every one of the large collection they have. Also, you ask one person, he tells you one price, and then you go on, the other person tells you another. A bit dicey that way. But otherwise fine.

My son and daughter in law moved into a new home in Cambridge, and we wanted to send a flower arrangement to brighten up the place as they got settled in. I phoned Brattle Square based on Unilocal reviews, and they promised to send a lovely bouquet and deliver it same day. We were very pleased with the reaction from Cambridge: they loved it. They sent us a photo, the flowers looked beautiful. I am totally pleased with the quality and service, and would use Brattle Square Florist again.

Really wonderful selection of flowers whether you needs a small bouquet or flowed for a large event. I’ve worked with Brattle Square Florists on events where we spent thousands on flowers and I’ve gotten bouquets for as cheap as $ 10 there.
For the large events, they were very accommodating and worked with us to understand the theme and color scheme. They were timely with delivering the bulk flowers for us to arrange ourselves and they also set up large arrangements in our door urns. We got so many compliments on the flowers and were thrilled to use their services.
I’ve also bought bouquets ranging from $ 10-​$ 40 from here. If you tell someone your price, they easily put together a bouquet for you.

Stephen & and his floral comrades are the sweetest: offering excellent plant care tips, always filling out my weekly bouquet with slight touches like aromatic buds or lively greenery. Whether I am stopping in to collect flowers for a friend, some succulents for my homespace, or just to take in a few delightful smells on my lunch break, the hospitality of Brattle Square Florist always brightens my day.
For my birthday, Brattle Square a florist constructed the most incredible flower crown of roses and orchids, along with a striking all-​yellow bouquet. Their keen eye for detail, consistent friendliness, and high quality blooms will always make every visit special.

Made last minute plans for dinner with a friend and decided to pop into this shop for the first time and grab a bouquet for a gift.
Immediately upon walking in I was greeted with stunning flowers, plants, and succulents and a sweet, fresh flower scent. I eyed a bouquet in a glass vase in the refrigerated section that was overflowing with roses, daisies, and more (easily 6 different types of flowers). A kind man approached and asked what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. I said $ 40 and that I would like something similar to the bouquet with the glass case.
He said he would happily take the bouquet out of the glass vase and wrap it up! Less than 5 minutes later I was headed out with a precious package of shrubbery that my friend absolutely loved.
If you are in the Cambridge/​Boston area and are looking for a housewarming gift, flowers, or plants, then this is definitely the place to go! Fast, friendly, great prices, and a beautiful selection.

This local shop is absolutely gorgeous on the inside, but it’s a little weird. You make your own bunch, or tell them the amount you want to spend, and they meet it, which I honestly don’t love because I feel like I never know what I’m going to get.
My real problem is that the flowers never last very long. They always droop within a few days. The ones I get from trader joes last longer! I don’t mind paying extra to support a local business, but when the quality is low and one of the staff members basically ignores everyone who comes in, it’s hard to justify spending the extra $$.

There are two very helpful nice men working here but also an awfully rude, dour lady.
The flowers are usually very fresh and the prices are fair. The best part though is the wide selection and the layout and the vibe of the store, which is so relaxing and does not feel like a store.

Adorable little flower shop that I get to pass every day on my way to work. Friendly staff, helpful and lots to choose from. I only had to buy a succulent.
I can’t say I know anything about flowers or plants, in general, but I can talk about experience and this was a great one. I’m tempted to keep going back to purchase myself some weekly flowers or a few plants for my office

What an absolutely amazing little flower shop! I discovered Brattle Square Florist on the way to dinner and wanted to pick up a last-​minute bouquet as a gift for a friend who is getting married soon. I gave the florist my budget and said I wanted some dazzling purple orchids to be included in the finished product. In about 5 minutes, the enthusiastic florist produced the most stunning bouquet with the orchids, roses, lilies and even sunflowers, all in an English Garden style arrangement. It was perfect!
I wish this shop was located closer to my house because I would never shop anywhere else again for flowers.
