This place was terrible. My girlfriend and I strolled in on Monday, looking for some great food. With most Buffalo Wild Wings, we receive wonderful service and great wings. Sadly this was not the case here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a host who looked upset to be disturbed. Instead of greeting us, we were met with a rolling eye and what seemed to be a snarling glare. Once the host seated us, the service took forever to come. Once our waitress came, she took our drink orders, along with our food orders(my girl and I come so often we know what we like). After a solid 45 minutes of waiting for our food to come out, they brought us the wrong order. They brought me wings with teriyaki instead of what I asked for(normal hot) and my girlfriend sweet bbq when she asked for spicy garlic. We called for a manager, Ashlynn I think, and she came and spoke to us. We asked if there was something happening in the kitchen and questioned why our order came out so radically different. She claimed there was a malfunction with the computer, which normally would be excusable because it’s out of their hands, but we asked other customers at nearby tables, and they said all was well with their orders. We were really confused by everything and asked for Ashlynn again. Our waitress claimed that she had left, but we had just seen Ashlynn walk into the back. Things weren’t adding up, so we asked for the check, paid our bill(for the wrong, and uneaten food) and left to get food elsewhere, Ruby Tuesday’s to be exact. The service and food there was significantly better.

The restaurant is very clean looking and super nice. Although we didn’t go into the bathrooms.(So were unsure about that.) anyways, our server was nice; our food took forever! It took up about 25 minutes for us to get our appetizer on a Sunday night when hardly anyone was here. The food was okay. Probably won’t be back anytime soon though.

I rolled into town late, after flying all day, and was looking for something open late on a Monday(around 11pm). BWW pulled up on Unilocal,but this location got low reviews. Since I was low on options I decided to give it a try, as I know the menu. I sat at the bar and service was very prompt and helpful. The bartender even priced out a couple drink options for me, so I knew what I was going to pay. In addition to a drink, I ordered the chicken sandwich and potato wedges. The sandwich and wedges arrived in a reasonable amount of time, were well prepared and had good flavor. The bartender also brought me dipping sauces of my choice without complaint as a ketchup alternative. I’m not sure if the fact it was late aided my service or their crew is just getting more experience, but I had no complaints. This was as good as any BWW I have been to for both food and service.

The two stars are for the aesthetics, that’s just about the only good thing about this place. There was a dead bug on our table when we sat down and we repeatedly had to swat gnats from our food while we were eating. The food was decent once it came out. Unfortunately, they tried to give our food to another table. This was after someone tried to bring someone else’s food to our table 2 – 3 minutes after we ordered. My Pulled Pork Sandwich barely covered half of the bun. On the plus side, the onion rings were tasty. However, my biggest complaint was that the server dropped off the bill while we were still eating and said«whenever you’re ready, no rush»(which is fine, no problem here). Then she proceeded to come back two minutes later while people were still eating and asked if the bill was ready to be picked up! Really!!! At least the place looks nice…

They were very slow so we missed our movie. Then when the food came, my fries were cold and stale, but the burger was okay. The bathroom was dirty.

First let me say that this is a brand new location so the building is fantastic. It is clean, bright and has more TV’s than seats. Having said that we will move to the food and service. The server was over whelmed even though the store was less than half full. She was not getting any support either. She half heartedly took our order and delivered our drinks. Because it is a new store everything takes twice as long. We ordered fried pickles, 15 boneless wings with 3 sauces and a burger and fries. The pickles were good as was the wings. The burger on the other hand needs some help. It tasted over processed and was very greasy. I will not order the burger again. In short we will wait another month and give it another go.
