Walked quite a ways to visit the kiosk at Cambridgeside. There is a kiosk and a guy there with a computer. Nothing else visible. I figure… its wireless… what do they have to show.
I went planning on signing up. The plan that I want was «discontinued for the month»??? Huh?
Bummer…
Maybe the service is great but I can’t even sign up for a reasonable plan!
Update:
Went on their website and figured I’d try to buy the plan and device I wanted despite above. It worked…
The guy at the kiosk was just lying to me to upsell to the $ 49/​month plan!
Avoid this place and just go online.

Despite canceling over a month ago, I am still receiving phone calls about additional fees (the latest one for $ 1). It is Clear that they have serious issues with their internal databases.

The first thing I noticed was the poor customer service. If nothing goes wrong, it may be possible that this service is fine, but I didn’t get far enough through troubleshooting to test it so I cannot vouch.
