Convenient and love that they are open 24 hours. Always stocked shelves. Will definitely come back again.

This is a tiny CVS, complete with beggars outside shaking their coin laden cups at me. I was looking for some cheap chap stick and it didn’t end up being cheap at all. I was desperate and purchased it anyway. The clerk was nice enough to come from behind the cashier to take me to where the chap stick though. I really appreciated that. But overall the store felt cramped, so I don’t think it’s a location I’d visit unless I absolutely had to.

Quite small, but they had what I was looking for! And the guy working there was able to tell me exactly where it was. However, he was a bit chatty… I had to try to leave 3 times.

You once printed my photos in 10 minutes flat. That is what I call customer delight. I was happy to wait and glad I did– my photos later made my girlfriend very happy. Customer Value Service indeed. You once saved my respiratory system by providing me with dewy moist air– yes a humidifier does wonders and you pulled through for me yet again. Your sister, the other CVS who lives down the street didn’t have Q Tips, just the CVS brand which I once bought and dearly regretted. Q Tips are the type of product where you spend the big bucks to get the resistance of the straw and the plumpness of the cotton bulb that you are looking for, otherwise skimp and have 1000 reasons to regret it! Point is you had what I was looking form somehow you always do. You make me check out and pay myself, as if I need to be taught how to take care of myself and grow up because maybe one day you’ll be gone. I like the self service option, you make me feel like a kid in that moment, experimenting with a new machine, matching up the UPC code to the laser and smiling when I get it right and hear the confirmed beep and item graphic pop up on the screen. Stay cool Customer Value Service.

This is a very small, yet extremely convenient CVS in the heart of Harvard Square, where everything is small, so it fits nicely in the area. Despite its cozy size, it has most of what anyone would need as first-instance items from the dorms or the busy Kennedy School program. I would even award it even four, were it not for the fact that the store employees are missing in action at the register and I had to go all around the place looking for someone to manage the check out when I only had 15 minutes between classes. I wonder with the employees engaged in the back, just how much stuff walks out the door.

i call this one the«mini cvs,» and for that reason never come here. the big one further into the square is a much, much better choice. quite frankly, i’m not sure why this one is here at all…

This CVS is tiny. It doesn’t carry everything you’d find at a bigger CVS. For example, hair dye. Nope, none here, you need to go down the street to the other CVS which is ENORMOUS. That one is 2 floors and kinda like the Taj Mahal of CVSes, CVSi? Anyway, this one ain’t too special. The people that work here always seem like they are stoned or tired or both. There is one sweet little chica who is always nice, so I like her. This place is definitely three star worthy.
