New Glarus Spotted Cow on tap and edible hamburgers. This would be a two star in the city, but decent places for a bite are thinner on the ground out here. And the proprietor was friendly and polite. The price was decent, too.

My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for great places to eat. Saw the flashing sign driving by and thought we’d take a chance. D-Days turned out to be a nice cozy friendly atmosphere with GREAT food. The Broiled Cod was spectacular, so moist. And we also had the bluegill which was a real treat. Sweet Potato Fries are a standard option, which is awesome. It’s a relaxed place with a very friendly owner who is happy to share details about how the food is prepared, and stop to make sure you’re comfortable. We certainly did feel comfortable at D-Days and will return for many more fish fry’s in the future!
