after a lot of research i purchased two evelo bikes; one for me and one for my wife. in a nutshell we love them. these bikes live up to all their claims and evelo has been a class act to deal with. great client support before and after the sale. buy one, you’ll love it!

Thank you very much to everyone at EVELO, I absolutely love my new Aries bike, with more than 177 miles and counting on my new wheels, with each pedal stroke I take, I am even more pleased with my new bicycle. I have been riding over 22 miles/​day. I’m now able to travel further, climb greater inclines and pedal light to moderate terrain that before would of been a lot more challenging or down right inaccessible living in higher elevation in my city. I look forward to many more years of enjoyment on my EVELO bicycle.
EVELO is a Boston Based Company that sells their own upgraded version of a product line currently manufactured and sold outside of the USA under other brand-​names. What makes EVELO better are two key things, 1) the amazing customer support and customer service headquartered right here in the good OL’ USA, and 2) EVELO is the only company selling this foreign manufactured product line with upgraded components such as NuVinci, the current display panel, Alfine tensioner, etc. These bikes are well made and are so much fun.
The greatest component EVELO has is the amazing customer service.
I have had numerous questions and have had several email exchanges with their knowledgable staff who have made my purchase enjoyable, knowledgeable and down right fantastic. THIS IS WHAT SEPARATES YOU from your competition. Without your amazing customer service, your rapid email responses I might have considered purchasing with a competitor, I’m so glad I didn’t. I may even purchase another bike for guests visiting me here in Vermont or may consider purchasing more bikes to start a rental business.
This isn’t just a bicycle, this has become my second vehicle, with the on demand power, I now use this bicycle for errands that were just not possible before, I can honestly say that I have not used my car in three weeks when I have needed transportation for only myself. Its not only a shift in technology but it has created a shift in my thinking.
