Worst experience I have ever had at an eyewear shop. They told me that they could not take my insurance on the frame I wanted because was not buying a complete set (glasses and frames). When I called my insurance company they said that was not true and I had to fill out paperwork to get the reiumbursement. In addition to that, the man working there was — and I’m sorry to say this — but extremely creepy. He did not respect my personal space and got onto inappropriate topics that made me uncomfortbale. When he was explaining the cost of the frames and the different types of lenses he did not permit me to ask questions. If I started to ask a question he would put his hand up and say, «let me finish» in a stern voice. Very bizarre and totally unprofessional. I have no idea how they stay in business. I would never ever go there again.
