I tried out their ice cream by chance after walking past their stand outside a honey store in Harvard square. I had a scoop of the salty honey flavor and a scoop of the horchata flavor. I must say, the combination was phenomenal and had a lasting impression. This happened over a month ago and I have not stopped thinking about it. Until they open up a store front, you can pre-​order on their website and they will deliver to you locally.

I saw these guys at the Davis Flea Market and their ice cream was out of this world good. I had the horchata nondairy ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone. Usually, nondairy ice cream is not my thing, because they tend to be harder than regular ice cream and artificial tasting. But Honeycomb’s horchata was creamy and perfectly sweetened. And, the chocolate waffle cone tasted freshly made and crisp. I hope they have a permanent location soon. This was really one of the best ice creams I’ve had in the Boston area.
